On behalf of Greenfield -Serenity LLC, Carolina Ecosystems, Inc.
(CEI) will be submitting the attached request for reissuance of the
Serenity Subdivision General Certification 4139 dated June 9, 2020.
Several areas have undergone further engineering design and
constructability review, resulting in the minor changes described in
the attached document. The results of the changes allowthe initial
phase of the project authorized under the current NWP 29 (Action ID
SAW-2018-012450) and General Certification 4139 (NCDWR # 19-
1445) to be constructed, while also allowing for the future phases,
which would require an Individual Permit, to be pushed back until at
least 2022.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
