Mrs. Belinda Henson, I just wanted to make you aware of a slight modification to Elizabethtown Power,
LLC Turbine Condenser Outlet Lines. These lines carry cooling water out of the Condenser to the
Cooling Tower so it can be cooled and pumped back into the Condenser. This cooling action helps
produce a much needed vacuum on the turbine. During the start up inspection of the Elizabethtown
Power Plant we have discovered some spots on the inside of his feed piping that is questionable.) would
like to replace the piping before start up to eliminate any future problems that may cause a plant shut
down and loss of Mega -Watts and revenue. Please let me know, if I need to do anything or apply
for anything from you folks so I do not tarnish our status with DWQ. I am going to proceed as planed
