City of King Wastewater Collection System
Dear Mr. Barrow:
On January 25, 2021, Gary Hudson of the Division of Water Resources (Division),
Winston-Salem Regional Office met with Todd Alley, Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC), to
conduct a Compliance Evaluation Inspection of the above referenced Wastewater Collection
System.
This inspection consists of (1) a review of the permit and accompanying documentation
to determine compliance with permit conditions, and (2) an on -site inspection of collection
system components. The attached inspection form notes the areas that were evaluated for the
inspection, with notable findings outlined as follows.
Site Inspections
1. Pump Stations — The McDonalds Pump Station was inspected, and no issues were
noted.
The inspection was considered satisfactory. If you should have any questions, please do

Inspection Summary:
*The permit became effective December 1, 2015 and expires November 30,2023.
*FOG flyers are mailed twice per year and placed on the city website.
*Mr. Alley provided a Capital Improvement Plan that covered a five year period.
*Mr. Alley keeps very good records of inspections and maintenance activities.
*An adequate Spill Response Action Plan was presented and is available to all personell.
*The system is free of all known points of bypass.
*The McDonalds Pump Station was inspected and no problems were noted.
