Hi Rebecca,
Thank you for reaching out. I have already began my initial review of the MBI. Due to the newness of an MBI like this,
and other staff who need to see the MBI other than myself, the review time will take a little longer. The 90-day review
period is just for my review of the MBI. When my review is complete, I will send the MBI, along with my comments &
suggested edits to Trish D' Arconte & Chonticha McDaniel for their review. I am unaware of their review times for items
like this at this time, so once I have finalized my review I will notify you & Noah that it has been passed on to the other
staff for their review. Once all staff have provided their comments & suggested edits, I will provide you both with an
MBI in "track changes" mode for your review and consideration.

submittal. When can we expect to receive any comments?

I just wanted to check in with everyone. I understand these are unique times for everyone with our schedules and job
changes etc. With that being said, I wanted to see what date we could expect to receive feedback on our submittal of
the MBI documents. We are soon to have more retrofit SCM's being constructed and will look to keep applying these to
the discussed nutrient bank here in Wilson. I was thinking it would make it a more streamlined process moving forward
if we had an approved path to follow from an approval of this current bank project involving the Whirligig Parking Lot
sand filter.

I have received the MBL At this time, I am not scheduling meetings or site visits until I know how this virtual
learning with my kids is going to work out. At this time, my hours have been modified in order to balance
school and work.

Wanted to let you know that we have uploaded our MBI language for the Whirligig Station sand filter to the DIMS
website. Let me know if you have any trouble accessing those documents or if you need them submitted in any other

get that on the calendar as I anticipate we may need to set up a meeting to discuss comments.
