Attached is the original COC with a map and reviewers notes about the receiving waters. From the waterbody classifications map, it does look like stormwaters could discharge instead to that tributary to the northwest that leads instead to Wolf Island Creek. If that is in fact the case, please confirm so we can revise the waterbody in our permitting database. 7 i $UrfECY Wa[#f [I SS+fCBlrpdS;'_ $tigipm Namr Il 61's!ar,d Crjrk Dtga:puon: Fr-- ; _ "ce xo Dan R.t,er _ Date of CLRS5.: Aug uvt 31 1957 V4hatdaea this Class. Good Afternoon Bethany, We are helping Unifi in Reidsville with updates to their SWPPP. On their permit (NCG170176) they are listed as discharging to Little Troublesome Creek. I have looked at the NC Surface Water Classification Map and other topo maps and it appears that they are discharging to an unnamed tributary to Wolf Island Creek. Please take a look and let me know what you think.
