Hi Jerry. My apologies for the typo and thanks for catching it. It’s true that the “Location Description” section of our

permit verification (on the 1 page) incorrectly lists Bridge 199. Fortunately every other mention of the bridge number in

the permit verification document (“Description of project area and activity” on the 1 page, the “Compensatory
rd
Mitigation Responsibility Transfer Form” on the 3 page, the permitted plans attached to our permit verification on the
ththth
5 through 14 page, and the construction completion certificate on the 15 page) lists the correct bridge as Bridge 166.
There’s no need to re-verify the use of the Nationwide Permit in this case based on the above and the fact that our
Action ID (SAW-2018-00882) refers to the correct bridge #. However, I will keep this email chain as well as the attached
edit for the file. Thanks again!

Our Bridge Engineer picked up on a typo in the NW 14 for Smith Road. The bridge number was stated as #199 instead of
#166. We are open to handling this whichever way you feel comfortable.

I just discovered a typo on the attached NW 14 Permit. It has the incorrect bridge # 199. The bridge number should be
166 as shown on the DWR permit. It is a simple mistake but could become an issue later on.
