STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMITS
Public comment or objection to the draft permits is invited. Submit writ-
ten comments to DEMLR at the address below. All comments received
through Monday, March 23, 2021 will be considered in the final determina-
tion regarding permit issuance and permit provisions.
Applications: The following facility has applied for renewal of its NPDES
permit to discharge stormwater from its location in Catawba County.
-Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC, 8320 East NC Highway 150, Terrell, NC. The
facility discharges the Catawba River, a class WS-IV; B; CA waterbody in
