Please find the 2020 Pretreatment Annual Report for the Town of Clayton, NC. No industries
were in TRC or Significant Non-Compliance. We have added a new categorical industry with 2
points of compliance. We continue to work toward compliance with the Dental Amalgam Rule as
we have received 5 of 8 correspondences. The town has requested an extension to reach
complete compliance with the dental Amalgam Rule.
