I sent $200 because Linda Wiggs specifically told me the amount I asked her twice and she confirmed the
amount However I have no problem in sending the additional $40 which I will do today to the same address

DWQ received the application PCN sets on June 28 2012 however the check enclosed is for an incorrect
amount The permitting fee is $240 check #4963 was made out for $200
To rectify the situation and move the project into the review and approval process you can remit another check
in the amount of $40 or I can return check #4963 and you can remit another check for the full $240 amount
Should you want me to return check #4963 to which address should I send A9 Titusville FL or Granite Falls
NC?
