But I can give you my comments on it: I have reviewed the information sent to me about the Holman residential culvert project, which proposes to culvert 40 ft of South Beaver Creek in Ashe County. Project activities should not impact trout resources and do not need to be avoided during a trout moratorium. The application proposes to install two culverts to provide access to the property from two different roads; we recommend minimizing these impacts so that the stream is crossed only one time. Thank you for the opportunity to review and comment on this project. Please contact me if you have any questions about these comments or need further assistance. They didn't supply any supporting documents/maps/drawings etc so I'll need to ask for additional information and now we're in the Trout Moratorium so |'m not sure whether vxe can allow them to install now. Andrea, did you get a copy through LF? (although it was submitted in Sept, we didn't receive payment until 10/Ssotechnically itwasn't acomplete application until then) I'm mostly wondering why they need two different crossings from 2 different roads?
