Dear Mr. Rippy: New Hanover County
On March 12, 2004, the Wilmington Regional Office received a plan revision for
Stormwater Management Permit Number SW8 950202 Modification. The revisions include the
Hummer Addition, which includes demolition of existing parking areas and the construction of a
new building and parking areas. The overall impervious area for the site will be reduced from
281,223 square feet of built -upon area to 280,557 square feet of built -upon area. The permitted
amount is 353,425 square feet of built -upon area. It has been .determined that a formal permit
modification is not required for the proposed changes. We are forwarding you an approved copy
of the revised plans for your files. Please replace the old approved plan sheets with the new ones.
Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on August 21, 1996,
remain in full force and effect. Please also understand thaf the approval of this revision to the
approved plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is done on a case -by -case basis. Any
other changes to this project must be approved by this office prior to construction. If it is
determined that the proposed revision will require a modification to the permit, you will be
notified.
