Explanation:
TEAM induStries.was not in Significant Non -Compliance (SNC) any time during 2020. For the period o
January —June 2020, Team industries had no violations. For the period of July —December 2020; Team
Industries had no violations.
On March 24, 2020 Production operations at TEAM industries were reduced to essential operations due
to CO%JID-19 Orders requiring polishing at the facility stopped completely and operations that
generated wastewater ceased. TEAM personnel continued to operate the pretreatment facilities
though no wastewater was generated from this paint until July 2020.
TEAM industries did not start up any general operation until the middle ofiuiy 2020 at which point
make up samples for the January —June sampling period were taken from 7/27/20 . /31/20 for the
POTW through Earth Environment& Services Lab and from 8/17/ 0-g/21/20 for the Sill through PACE
labs. All samples for both the POW./ and the SEU were in compliance with permit regulations.
An inspections of the TEAM facilities was performed on July 27, 2020 by the Town of Andrews
pretreatrrient coordinator.
Reduced operations at TEAM resumed at the end of July 21320 and nwastewater has been generated at
TEAM since the August 21, 2020 saraipling event.
TEAM has: eliminated most of the process that generate wastewater and anticipates only generating a
minimal volume of wastewater from the wet downdraft scrubbers associated with their aluminum
polishing operations. TEAM isrequesting modification or eliminationof their reference )UP permit.
Due to the shutdown in wastewater operation, no discharge of wastewater has occurred since August
21, 2020 and therefore no sampling events have taken pace. Modification or elimination of the permit
is to be determines by the Town of Andrews and pretreatment coordinator.
Team Industries, The Town of Andrews.WWTP: Personnel, Anchor O.EA and Earth Environmental Suites
are working together maintain steps need to keep all pollutants beneath permit limits and to maintain
