SEWER NARRATIVE
HEADWATER'S PLACE AT HEWLETT'S CREEK
SEWER DESCRIPTION
The proposed project is a new residential development on Greenville Loop Road in Wilmington,
NC. The existing gravity sewer main is located on the opposite side of the road from the site.
Therefore, the sewer extension within the R/W of Greenville Loop Road will be permitted with
CFPUA and the main extension into the site will be a private permit with Momentum Holdings,
LLC. There will be two new single family residential units and 3 duplex units for a total of 8
new residential units. Each unit will have 3 bedrooms. The total sewer flow for this project will
be 2,880 gallons/day.
