I am currently reviewing the NOI for coverage under NCG02 for the Smith-NC211 Sand Mine in Bolivia, NC (NCG020973). On Page 4 of 12 I noticed two things: 1) Question 19 (when it asks about receiving water classification) states that Mill Creek is SA; HQW, but Mill Creek is classified as C; Sw, HQW. 2) Question 20 is marked "No", but Mill Creek is a High Quality Water (HQW) Please email me an updated Page 4. Additionally, I will need the Summer 7Q10 flow for Mill Creek at the point of discharge due to the discharge of mine dewatering into a High Quality Water. Thank you! Very Respectfully, Mike Michael Meloy Environmental Specialist I Stormwater Program, Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources N.C.
