It is very important that the county be corrected here This mine is NOT in Mitchell it is in Avery County The Unimin
address and office is in Mitchell Co but the mine where the impacts will occur is Avery Co DWQ has done the county
wrong for this mine in the past and it was a pain for me to fix so please make sure we get this corrected

PS I am disappointed that they didn t get the cc or $ correct for this application Makes me wonder what the submittal
holds in store for me
