Contact and secure approval from the DWQ prior to transfer of waste to a site not covered in the facility's CAWMP. We plan to begin land application as soon as the weather clears but no later than 2/22/20. Plan to land apply hydraulic load: 1. Describe moisture conditions of fields? (e.g. Is there water standing in field; does irrigation equipment mar down in field; "trafficability" across soils; will soils absorb application without runoff, etc.) The fields remain wet and equipment cannot stand in the field. The farm is planning on hauling 678,850 gallons of water to an off site lagoon. Transfer records will be completed when this occurs. 2. Date and amount of last rainfall event? DATE: 3. Yes the farm has the available equipment to apply the water. 5. Irrigation schedule for next 5 days - include daily schedule; proposed application rates and amounts per irrigation event; changes made in gun sizes, nozzles, "o" rings, operating time, travel speed, etc. to meet proposed changes in application rates and amounts; and any other information for consideration. The farm will apply the required water at or below the .4 acre inch/hour. We plan to begin application as soon as the weather clears and the fileds can hold water.
