were omitted include a depiction of the drainage area and plan view details at a scale of
1 = 30 or larger that show the forebay high flow bypass system one foot proposed
topo lines and proposed drainage easement
Stormwater wetland Please provide the Required Items Checklist section of the
Stormwater Wetland Supplement Form with all of the required items at the requested
scales Some of the items that were omitted include a depiction of the proposed drainage
easement and the soils test documenting the level of the Seasonal High Water Table In
addition please show proposed one foot contours within the stormwater wetland
treatment area
