No impacts are to occur below normal pool elevation of the lake during this project. Many thanks for your reply and we are anxious to get started on this project. All my best, Vera Sparks From: Yankura, Kaylie <kaylie.yankura@ncdenr.gov> Sent: Thursday, February 25, 2021 10:04 AM To: Vera Sparks <vera.sparks@bhglandscapes.com> Subject: RE: [External] Scott Witt permit Vera, Thank you for speaking with me this morning. Upon review of the permit request, it appears that no impacts to surface waters are proposed, and that written 401 authorization is not required by my department for this project. Can you please confirm that no impacts are to occur below the normal pool elevation of the lake during project activities? If that is the case, I will withdraw the permit request and work may proceed, as discussed earlier. Please note that this does not preclude the need to obtain other federal or local authorizations for your project. Ms. Yankura, It is my understanding after talking with management this morning we are not working nor going to be working on the water for Mr. Scott Witt project. Can you advise on the status of his permit? We need to get this project going ASAP.
