The Site is located off of Bryan Road in Garner, NC. The
property developer is proposing the construction of a residential
development. Stream, buffer, and wetland impacts are proposed to
facilitate
grading on -Site. The planned development area will be graded with
heavy equipment to prepare level building pads, roadways, and
stormwater BMPs. The owner has allowed for extensive avoidance
and minimization of impacts to Waters of the US. The Site Plan is
currently being generated. Once completed, 1 will forward it on to you.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
