The project consists of stabilization of the stream banks to address
extensive erosion that has caused the parking lot of the Willow
Apartments parking lot to collapse into the stream. The proposed
project consists of construction of a retaining wall to reconstruct the
portion of the parking lot that collapsed, as well as stabilization of the
eastern bank of the stream by laying the slopes back to a 3:1 slope.
Additionally, small riprap dissipators will be constructed belowthree
existing storm drainage outfalls in order to dissipate outfall velocity to
prevent further erosion of the western stream bank.
