results of the permitted parameters do not show over -allocation as per the AT provided
in the HWA; permit limitations should remain the same. There were no SNC to report
for 2020. Exela Pharma facilities have been permitted and the sampling process will
begin during the 1st quarter of 2021.
A. DENTAL AMALGAM RULE: The dentists within the City of Lenoir have complied with the
dental amalgam rule and have submitted the required one time compliance report.
There are a few that have not complied and have been notified to submit their one time
compliance form by the end of March 2021.
B. General permit information for Lower Creek: Exela Phara has been identified as a CIU
