1a e proposed impacts in designing proter3t
The proposed driveway was aligned to utilize the existing culvert (no extension of culvert required just headwall installation) and minimize buffer

lb( Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques
The contractor will first install silt fence along the denuded limits within the buffer Next headwalls will be installed on the ends of the existing culvert
