Inspection Summary
On February 19, 2021 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Armando Swanson on site. During the
inspection, the following items were noted:
1) The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan has not been maintained in accordance with the permit. I have been in contact
with Mr. Swanson over email since the time of the inspection, and a plan is in place to maintain the SWPPP in accordance
with the approved plan.
2) the site plan was found to be incomplete at the time of the inspection. I have been in contact with Mr. Swanson over email
and a plan is in place to update the site plan to meet all permit requirements.
