Be advised that “Composite Sample Time” and “Total Composite Time” must be entered on the EDMR for
those parameters which require Composite Sampling on the NPDES Permit. Please begin recording your
Composite Sampling Times and Total Composite Times” immediately on the EDMR.
It has also been noted on previous eDMRs that the “Holiday” Drop-down Box has been used. Please discontinue
the use of “Holiday” in the Drop-down Box for “No Reporting Reason” for “Continuous Flow.” Per your NPDES
Permit, Continuous Flow must be reported 365 days per year. Use of the drop-down box prevents the entering of
the flow or other parameters for that day.
Holidays may be reported by putting an “H” in the parameter columns. Explanations for weather or other reasons
may be addressed in the “Comments Section.” Please see the “Facility Reporting Guide” or call this office.
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations.
