Page#1 3/22/2018 3/26/2018 NPDES yr/mo/day 18/02/23 Inspection Type C3111218 1 Section D: Summary of Finding/Comments (Attach additional sheets of narrative and checklists as necessary) I met with Henry Odom/ ORC to inspect this facility. Mr. Odom, the owner and operator of this facility, visits the site twice daily. The site was clean and orderly and it appears the facility is well operated and maintained. The current permit became effective 02/01/2016 and will expire 11/30/2020. This facility consists of dual bar screens, dual aeration basins and dual clarifiers. There is also an effluent pump station within the confines of the facility and pumps to Lancaster Creek. This facility is signed up for and is using the EDMR system. Mr. Odom stated that he intends to have the facility painted by the end of June 2018. Thirty minute Settleable Solids were at 45% for the lower plant and 50% for the upper plant. The color was good. Records for daily logs, DMRs, permit and other pertinent information were readily available and in excellent order. NC0071862 17 (Cont.)
