A review of the March 2018 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for the subject facility revealed the violation(s)
indicated below:

Be advised that “Composite Sample Time” and “Total Composite Time” must be entered on the EDMR for
those parameters which require Composite Sampling on the NPDES Permit. Please begin recording your “Composite
Sampling Times and Total Composite Times” immediately on the EDMR.

Please also be reminded that Composite Sampling is to be maintained for 24 Hours. Please begin sampling for the
required 24 Hour time period per your NPDES Permit.

Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct any noted problems. The Division of
Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations.
