The Division of Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional violations. Please discontinue the use of the Drop-down Box for the “No Reporting Reason” for “Continuous Flow” or other parameters. Per your NPDES Permit, Continuous Flow must be reported 365 days per year. Send two revised and signed EDMRs with the flows to Raleigh per the EDMR Guidebook, “Facility Reporting Guide.” Explanations for weather or other reasons may be addressed in the “Comments Section.” Holidays may be reported by putting an “H” in the parameter columns.
