Washington, NC 27889 20/ To whom it may concern: This is in response to the Certified letters we received for Diamon Shoal Seafood Inc. Permit #0007609 We hold 2 permits: Diamond Shoal Seafood Inc. Permit # 0007609 Fulcher's Point Pride Seafood Inc. Permit # 0003174 I have enclosed copies of Envirochem for our,water samples, for both locations, for the moths of : July 2020 for Diamond Shoal Seafood. August for Diamond Shoal Seafood and Fulcher's Point Pride. September for Diamond shoal Seafood and Fulcher's Point Pride. No Flow for neither Company for October. November for Diamond Shoal Seafood and Fulcher's Point Pride. No Flow for Dec. 2020 and Jan. 2021 for neither Company. No Flow so far for February 2020 for Fulcher's Point Pride Seafood, and sample will be taken for Diamond shoal Seafood. Early next week. If you will notice the report for August 2020 for Fulcher's Point Pride Seafood was submitted, the data for Diamond Shoal Seafood was submitted under this report by error. Didn't know how to correct it. I allowed this to get away from me, until I tried to make sense of it and it was to confusing, at this point I am not sure I am entering the information correctly. I know I need to get this situation handled, and I really need your help to do it. Could someone please call me and walk me through this or could I make an appointment and come to Washington and have someone help me? I appreciate your help in this matter.
