DWQ issues approvals in the form of a Water Quality Certification (WQC) in conjunction with the CAMA Major Permit and General Permit(s) 198000291 issued by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). This Certification allows you to use the CAMA Major Permit when the Division of Coastal Management issues it. We wrote to you on March 30, 2012 requesting additional information on the project and setting a 30 day deadline for receipt of this information. As of today, the Division has not received a complete response to these requests nor a written request for extension. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0507(e), the Division is unable to approve your application. For the reasons listed above, your application is hereby returned.
