We are able to change contact information when the COC retains the some owner (i.e., just the contacts associated with
it), but we are not able to do an ownership change for a COC. You say below that this project has changed hands to a
new owner.
The new owner will need to apply for a new COC for this project with an eNOI, and the old owner will need to submit a
notice of termination form (here: https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Termination) for this permit that owes the
fee. To take care of it the most efficient way, the previous owner should have the new COC number available for that
NOT request form, so the new owner should apply as soon as possible for a new COC. If you have questions about that,
please contact Alaina Morman above.
