The details of each site is provided in email below sent by the Assistant Resident Engineer. Joanne, Jim, and I were able to visit all the permit sites including the impacted sites today during the Environmental Compliance walk-through. Cleanup and sediment and erosion control repair is underway. Gregory W. It rained close to 2” in under an hour. Cleanup operations began today and will continue until all sites are restored to previous condition. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks. 1  Permit Site 5, 815+50 -L- RT. Sediment entered rip rap outlet pad and traveled beyond project limits. Most of the sediment came from the headwall at structure 711 washing out. Approximately 2 CY loss.  Permit Site 7, 22+00 -Y22- RT. Rain overwhelmed special sediment control fencing on both side of JS. Approximately 0.5 CY loss.  Permit Site 7B, 815+50 -L- RT. Sediment infiltrated rip rap outlet pad. Approximately 2 CY loss.  Permit Site 8A, 850+00 -L- RT. Sediment entered RCP on LT -L-and traveled through 48” steel pipe and infiltrated rip rap outlet pad. Approximately 3 CY loss.  Permit Site 8 & 8B, Water entered existing 18” RCP on the -L- LT and washed sediment off project limits on -L- RT. Approximately 2 CY loss.  Permit Site 10, 18+00 -DR5- RT. Sediment entered JS by 18” RCP. Approximately 0.5 CY.  Permit Site 11A, 20+50 -Y13- RT. 57 stone washed in ditch prior to entering JS. Unsure at this time how much if any material entered the JS. Will monitor as the water level recedes and take appropriate action.
