This project is a proposed residential development located at 1213
Edgemont Road in Wendell, NC. The proposed project consists of the
construction of a residential development including but not limited to,
roadway infrastructure, residential structures, SCMs and utilities. The
project is approximately 72 acres. Edgemont Road bounds the
property to the east and US-64 bounds the property to the northwest.
