On November 15, 2020, a draft SOC was sent to public notice. On December 15, 2020, the public comment period closed. After reviewing the public comments, DWR met with Badin Business Park, LLC on February 18, 2021 to discuss the agency's decision with respect to the SOC process. Based on review of the public comments, and in accordance with 15A NCAC 02H .1204, the Division has determined that the appropriate action at this time is to withdraw from the SOC process and return your SOC application.
