NARRATIVE SUMMARY
GENERAL INFORMATION:
GENERAL PROGRAM INFORMATION:
The POTW is in agreement with the information on the attached "Pretreatment
Program Info Database" with the exception of the Headworks Analysis. The POTW
received State approval for a one-time extension of the due date of the Headworks
Analysis to November 30, 2021. During this reporting period, the POTW submitted
an updated Industrial Waste Survey. None of the other Program Elements was
changed.
GENERAL PERMIT INFORMATION:
No information to report.
SIU INFORMATION:
1. Harger Lightning (001)
SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE (SNC) INFORMATION:
No SNC Events.
OTHER INFORMATION
During the reporting period, Harger exceeded the daily maximum flow limit
once during the 2nd compliance period. The cause of the violation resulted
from an employee failing to close a fresh water valve. The POTW sent a
Notice of Violation to Harger in accordance with the Enforcement Response
Plan. Harger did complete all of the required permit monitoring.
The POTW completed its required sampling and inspection.
