Dear Mr. White:
The Division of Water Resources (Division) recently received a request from Hagen Engineering (via
Stocks Engineering) on your behalf to modify the existing stormwater management plan (SMP) as
previously approved by the Division under the 401 certification 92006-1804v29 dated December 2, 2019.
The Division hereby approves the design change of Wet Pond #2 with its revised maximum allowable
drainage area of 391,604 square feet and built -upon area within that drainage area of 268,600 square feet,
including all associated stormwater conveyances, inlet and outlet structures, and grading and drainage
patterns depicted on revised plan sheets submitted with this modification request. All other aspects of the
stormwater management plan shall continue as previously approved by the Division. Maintenance
activities for stormwater management device(s) shall be performed in accordance with the updated O&M
agreements signed by you (Brantley White - Ardmore Residential, LLC) on January 7, 2021.
