and the Chatham County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance.

All temporary erosion control measures have been removed and permanent ground
cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established.

The referenced permit(s) have been closed.
® Self -Inspections
Erosion and sediment control self -inspections may cease for the above -referenced
project.
® File an a -NOT (electronic Notice of Termination) with NCDEQ DEMLR
If all land -disturbing activities by the Financially Responsible Party under the above -
referenced permit are completed, and the Certificate of Coverage (from NCDEQ
DEMLR) associated with the above -referenced project is not or will not be used to cover
other projects then proceed to deq.nc.gov/ncg01 and file an e-NOT. Filing the e-NOT
releases the Financially Responsible Party from coverage and requirements of the
NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCG010000).
