Please reference the Site Specific Mitigation Plan for the Allenbrook Drive Tributary
Stream Restoration project dated October 21, 2011 and our subsequent acceptance letter for the
inclusion of this site into the City of Charlotte's Umbrella Stream and Wetland Mitigation Bank
(Bank) dated November 1, 2011. This plan will generate approximately 1,265 stream mitigation
units (SMUs). On March 16, 2012, we received the real estate report for the project as required
by the Mitigation Banking Instrument (MBI) entitled, "Agreement to Establish the City of
Charlotte, Umbrella Stream and Wetland Mitigation Bank in Mecklenburg County ". The report
and associated maps is acceptable and completes the requirements of the MBI to allow the initial
release of 15% of total anticipated restoration/enhancement credits (189.75 SMUs). If you have
