The inspection was conducted at the request of Central Permitting Staff and the engineer certifying the major modification. Mark Brooks, P.E. (Certifying Professional Engineer) and Bob Barr (ORC) were present at the time of the inspection. The facility appeared well maintained and operated at the time of the inspection and in compliance with the permit modification. No exceptions to Final Engineering Certification were noted.
