On May 1 2012 the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated May 1 2012 to drain and
partially fill 0 37 acre of isolated wetland (permanent impacts) to upgrade /expand facilities The DWQ has
determined that your application was incomplete and /or provided inaccurate information as discussed below The
DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact streams on the subject
property This project is on hold and incomplete until we receive the additional information requested below If we
do not receive the requested information your project will be formally returned as incomplete Please provide the
following information so that we may continue to review your project

I The PCN application explains that you will only partially fill the wetland while the entire system will be
drained
a Please explain the method of draining that will be utilized
b Please explain why the entire wetland needs to be impacted while it appears that only a portion of
the wetland will need to be impacted based on the limits of structural fill identified on Figure 1
Please demonstrate avoidance and minimization of impacts
2 It appears that this site may be over 24% impervious and /or that a piped storm drainage system will be /is
being utilized Please either
a Provide evidence showing that this project meets all of the requirements for low density

percent TN and TP from the stormwater generated by this project For each proposed BMP
please provide a completed BMP Supplement Form with all the required items The BMP
