The old USGS location map is attached for your reference. A water line and deceleration lane are required, but were not included in the original permit application. Jordan rules have been implemented since it was originally permitted in 2007. There is a fair bit of parallel impact in Zone 1 for the water line alignment, which is dictated by engineering constraints such as ROW, elevation, existing infrastructure, and tie -in points. Buffer mitigation will definitely be required, but I have some questions about how much. Attached is my draft impact map that I'm working on. Would you mind to pull the map up and give me a call to go over a few application questions when you have a chance? I know that I've been peppering you with a lot of questions lately.
