Here it is Please look it over closely for me If you don t mind before Issuing I had a hard time figuring out the actual
amount of Impacts below mean high water Jim and I found five different numbers in the CAMA bio report and
application this morning for fill below MHW The numbers I included in the draft have been verified by the consultant
from ATM so they re as accurate as we could get sorry The CAMA app also has the borrow area incorrectly labeled as
509 acres when It s actually 590 acres
