Subject: Marsh Creek PCN Revised Sheets
Lauren,
As discussed this morning, I have attached sheets 6 and 8 of the PCN Application. I made a slight revision to the Buffer
Impact Summary before I submitted them, but did not relay this information to the application as well. The application and
the charts now match.
If you need any additional information or have any more questions, please feel free to give me a call.
Thanks,

6g. If buffer mitigation is required, discuss what type of mitigation is proposed (e.g., payment to private mitigation bank,
permittee responsible riparian buffer restoration, payment into an approved in -lieu fee fund).
The City of Raleigh has elected to restore approximately 27,094 square feet of abandonded Zone 1 Neuse Riparian
Buffer. This square footage has been subtracted from the required Zone 1 mitigation. The remainder of the mitigation
(50,777 sq. ft.) will be mitigated by payment into a private mitigation bank, EBX.
