Please provide the calculations for velocity at the outlet of FES #400 to show that this discharge will not cause erosion in the wetland (i.e., that it is under 2 fps for the 10-year storm). 2. For the bioretention area, please provide: a. A DWQ bioretention area worksheet as well as all of the information listed in Part II: Required Items Checklist. b. A detail of the underdrain system in plan and section view. c. Plans and specifications for planting. d. Soil specifications. e. A specification for double shredded hardwood mulch rather than pine straw. f. The correct common name for /Myrica cerifera/. 3. For the level spreader, please provide: a. A DWQ level spreader worksheet as well as all of the information listed in Part II: Required Items Checklist. b. A plan view drawing that shows the location and size of the forebay as well as the piping from the flow splitter to the forebay. c. A plan view drawing that shows that the level spreader will be constructed parallel to contour lines and that the slopes will be less than six percent. If grading is needed to accomplish this, please show the appropriate grading lines.
