This permit, issued on Februaryl0,2021 , is subject to compliance with the application(where consistent
with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may
be subject to fines, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void.
1) This Renewal shall be attached to the original of CAMA Major Permit#8-15, which was issued on
1/29/15, as well as the Minor Modification which was issued on 4/29/15, and the Renewal issued on
9/12/19, and copies of all documents shall be readily available on site when a Division representative
inspects the project for compliance.
2) In order to protect anadromous fisheries resources in the Cashie River, no in-water work shall be
conducted between February 15"'and June 30u`of any year without prior approval of the N.C.
Division of Coastal Management, in consultation with the appropriate resource agencies.
3) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in force under this Renewal unless altered
herein.

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or Signed by the authority of the Secretary of DEQ and the Chair
