Please give a brief project description below.
The landowners wish to construct a pond on their property. Several
residential structures and barn are proposed on the property for
family members. The pond construction will impact —90 linear feet of
an intermittent portion of and un-named tributary to Shawneehaw
Creek (C, tr) in Banner Elk, North Carolina. The stream's top of bank
has been delineated by Carrie Caviness (the consultant and agent
for the project). Stream Identification sheets have been completed.
