The water from my neighbor's driveway runs across my lawn into a
dip near the shore line. I think this dip was probably caused by a
large tree and root -ball falling over probably at the time the Lake
Norman was created or perhaps before that. Anyway, the water flow
is causing more erosion now than in the past. either due to the
neighbor's driveway settling, or maybe they had a drain and now it's
plugged.
I'd like to create a terrace wall system similar to my neighbor to the
SW, 117 Cypress Cove., to slow the water down, and to control the
erosion and to eliminate the hazard of the steep grade.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
