Tim Heim of the Asheville Regional Office performed a Bioassay Compliance Inspection on June 12 &
June 14th, 2018. Matthew Mackie (City of Lenoir Lab Analyst)was present at the time of the inspection
and assisted with the sampling. Composite effluent samples were collected for use in a chronic
ceriodaphnia dubia pass-fail toxicity test. The toxicity tests performed by both the Division's Aquatic
Toxicity Branch and ETT Environmental resulted in a pass.
Toxicity test information follows:
