Dear Mr. May:
I received the notice of deficiency letter. This response is to inform you of actions taken and future
actions that will be taken to address this deficiency.
We are Irrigating at every opportunity when weather and soil conditions permit. The animals on the
farm are being sold as we are going through cleanout. There are now fewer than 800 animals currently
on the farm. We expect the remaining hogs to be removed next week. At this time, we do not have
plans to repopulate the farm before the corrective actions are completed. The recent weather
conditions over the past few weeks have delayed the completion of our corrective actions. We are
doing everything we can to correct the deficiency. If the deficiency is not corrected within the 30 day
POA a new 30 day POA will be submitted.
