County, TIP Project No R 2408B USACE Permit Action ID SAW 2009 00860 WQC #3806 DWQ Project # 20090451 Dear Ms Beckwith Per ACE Permit Special Condition #15 and DWQ Permit Conditions 2 4 and 6 please find enclosed the R 2408B As Built Reports These as built reports consist of (l)UT to Rocky Branch (Site 3) and (2)UT to Little Tennessee Site The Division 14 Resident Engineer responsible for administering the contract has certified that the sites were constructed according to construction plan sheets with the following exception The placement of the Rock Cross Vanes were adjusted in the field on the UT to Rocky Branch Site (Site 3) These adjustments are shown in the attached as- builts The plan elevations for the UT to Little Tennessee Site were staked on the ground and reviewed by NES (Natural Environment Section) and DWQ personnel before construction began From the stakeout it was evident that the existing contour elevations as depicted on the plans did not match the actual field contours Adjustments were made in the field in order to better fit the proposed stream design into the existing contours These adjustments were made in such a manner that the cross sectional area in the riffle sections remained the same as the proposed design Structure locations were also adjusted to better fit the existing contours These adjustments have been shown in the attached table
