DWQ received the PCN application sets and fee for the above reference project A quick review shows impact
discrepancies on page 4 of 10 under 3 Stream Impacts 3g shows 40 linear feet of impact and 3h shows 20 linear feet of
total stream impact Please reply letting me know which figure is correct
Also who is Kevin Snoddy? He signed the application but is not referenced anywhere in the application except as a cc
in your cover letter
